Terms of Service
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DeepMox, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you use DeepMox for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
Accounts are personal, non-transferable, secured by password or federated sign-in, and limited to three devices unless DeepMox states otherwise. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep credentials confidential. The fourth sign-in may securely sign out the oldest device to protect the account.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. You may not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Before purchase, DeepMox displays the plan, billing interval, price and automatic-renewal terms. Paid plans renew through an authorized billing provider unless you turn off auto-renewal before the renewal date. You can cancel through the billing portal or request billing assistance at support@deepmox.com. Access continues until the paid period ends after cancellation. Prices, taxes, plan features, quotas and billing intervals may change prospectively, with advance notice when required by law.
AI-generated and platform content disclaimer
Content made available through DeepMox—including public Topics, community content, content generated, summarized, adapted, organized, translated, or otherwise processed from GitHub repositories or other third-party sources, and content produced through AI Create—may be created or processed with artificial intelligence. Source materials submitted by users or obtained from third parties may not themselves be AI-generated, and DeepMox does not verify or endorse their accuracy, legality, security, completeness, provenance, licensing status, or suitability. AI-generated or AI-processed content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, biased, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for your situation. DeepMox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, security, or fitness of any such content for a particular purpose. The content is provided for general learning and informational use only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, investment, tax, professional, or other regulated advice. DeepMox is not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, security incidents, infringement claims, or results arising from reliance on, use of, sharing of, or implementation of such content or any suggested action, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. You must independently review and verify the content, code, facts, sources, permissions, and applicable licenses; exercise your own judgment; and obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate before relying on, using, sharing, or acting on it.
Content and license
DeepMox and its licensors own the platform, software, design, trademarks, curated content and learning materials. You keep ownership of content you submit, but grant DeepMox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, adapt and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, secure and support the service. Service improvement using customer activity will use aggregated or de-identified information where practicable. Private account content will not be used in public marketing materials without your permission.
GitHub Trending and third-party content
DeepMox may surface public repositories, links, videos, documentation, names, logos or other third-party materials for learning context. Third-party content remains the responsibility of its source. DeepMox may change, remove, summarize or stop displaying third-party content at any time.
Limited crawler permission
For publicly accessible pages only, DeepMox grants automated agents whose product token is expressly allowed by the current robots.txt file a limited, revocable permission to access those allowed paths solely for the operator's officially documented purposes for that token. This permission does not include /api/, account-authenticated or private content, paid content outside its permitted access path, bypassing technical controls, disguising an agent's identity, or exceeding the paths and limits stated in robots.txt. It does not transfer ownership, waive intellectual-property rights, or authorize any use beyond that limited scope, and DeepMox may change or withdraw the permission through robots.txt or written notice.
Acceptable use
Except for the Limited crawler permission above, other express written permission, or applicable law, you may not use automated means to access, scrape, crawl, extract, harvest, download, index, copy, mirror, or systematically collect any part of the Service or Content; use the Service, Content, or outputs to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate, develop, or improve a competing or substitute product; circumvent rate limits, access controls, or technical protection measures; reverse engineer protected portions of the Service; abuse, disrupt, or probe systems without authorization; share paid content outside permitted use; misuse AI features; infringe intellectual property; upload malicious code; or use DeepMox for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or high-risk activities. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Service changes and termination
DeepMox may add, change, suspend, limit or discontinue features, content, plans, quotas or integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, DeepMox, providers or the public; comply with law; investigate abuse; respond to nonpayment; or enforce these Terms. In addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, DeepMox reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of reasonable attorneys' fees where permitted by law. The rights and obligations under the sections titled Acceptable use, Content and license, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnity, and General terms survive any termination or suspension of your account.
Data rights and account deletion
Privacy requests may be submitted to support@deepmox.com. Account deletion anonymizes the account, revokes active device sessions and removes or de-identifies eligible user-owned learning, community and AI records while keeping minimized billing, security and audit records required for fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute handling.
Disclaimers
DeepMox is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepMox disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, content accuracy and results from using the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeepMox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings; lost or corrupted data; business interruption; substitute services; or damages arising from system or service failure, malfunction, shutdown, delay, inability to use the service, security breaches, unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data, or third-party acts, even if DeepMox has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeepMox's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the one-month equivalent subscription fee actually paid for the plan applicable to the affected account immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. For a quarterly or annual plan, the one-month equivalent is calculated by dividing the fee for that billing period by the number of months in the billing period. If no subscription fee was paid, the monetary cap is USD $0. This cap applies in the aggregate, not separately to each claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or failure to provide services with reasonable care and skill where applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold DeepMox harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.
Dispute resolution
Before filing a formal claim, contact support@deepmox.com and give us at least 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking eligible relief in small-claims court or urgent injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property, account compromise or unauthorized access.
Changes to terms
DeepMox may update these Terms as the service, law or business changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service, email or another reasonable method before they take effect when required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
General terms
These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement about the service and supersede prior understandings about it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or transfer of the service. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
